We warrant to the original user that this product shall
be free from all defects in material or workmanship for
thirty days (30) days from the date of purchase. This warranty
does not apply to any product, which has been subject to
abuse, misuse, negligence or accident.
Defects caused by tampering, animal chewing, use for any
purpose other than confining a cat or dog, unauthorized
alterations & modifications or attempted repairs are
not covered by this warranty by purchaser or any third party.
We may elect to replace the entire unit, at no extra cost
to you, with the same model or a similar model rather than
repair it.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may
have other legal rights that vary from state to state.
